On behalf of the Jasper Freeride, Freestyle Alberta and Marmot Basin Ski Resort, it is a pleasure to invite you to attend the Club Competition in Jasper April 4-5, 2026
This event includes a Mogul and Slopestyle competition. We encourage all club-level athletes in the ‘learn to train’ phase of their development to compete at this fun, skill-building event.

Castle Freestyle Club Comp
On behalf of the Castle Mountain Freestyle Ski Club, Freestyle Alberta and Castle Mountain Ski Resort, it is a pleasure to invite you to attend the Wild West Snowdown Club Competition at Castle Mountain on February 28 – March 1, 2026
This is a Mogul and Slopestyle competition. We encourage all club-level athletes in the ‘learn to train’ phase of their development to compete at this fun, skill-building event. The competition includes age categories U12 through U16. More advanced U16 and U18 athletes are encouraged to compete at the provincial level.

Christmas Camp
This 2 Day camp will get you back in the groove and refresh all your skill’s.
Athletes will be split into groups BY the coaches
Each day will be from 9am to 3:00pm with an hour for lunch around 11ish - This hour is NOT supervised by the Coaches. Parents are responsible for lunchtime.

Trampoline Camp
The Castle Freestyle Trampoline Camp
November 29th and 30th (Saturday and Sunday)
A 2-day intensive program focused on transitioning from trampoline to snow through goal-driven training on tramps and dryland.
Introduces Sport Psychology (confidence, control, commitment, concentration) to boost skills and build the Castle Freestyle Community and Culture.

When: November 29-30
Price: $250
Bottle Drive
Join us to support the Freestyle Ski Club! Bring your returnable bottles and cans to help fund our season. We’ll also drive around Lethbridge to gather bottles. Volunteers with truck beds welcome!
Work Bee
We’re kicking things off with a fun-filled day to work on the hill, swap gear, and socialize. Here’s the plan:
Work Bee (1:00 - 4:00 pm)
Process: Roll up your sleeves and help spruce up our club facilities. Bring gloves and your enthusiasm! (Tools provided.)
Gear Swap (4:00 - 5:00 pm)
Format: Buy, sell, or trade your freestyle ski gear. Got old skis, boots, or apparel? Bring ‘em to swap or snag a deal. Tables provided; bring cash or e-transfer directly to club members.
Logistics:
- Please label items with the seller's name and price.
- A Google Sheet will be circulated in advance for members to list available gear, prices, and payment terms
- Donation bin available for unsold items for club backup.
- Location: Castle Mountain Lodge, West Castle Room
Kickoff BBQ (5:00 pm)
Fire up the season with a sizzling BBQ! Enjoy burgers and drinks provided by the Club. Please bring a potluck item of salad or dessert and lawn chairs.
Hosts: Cam & Carly Hazell (at their campfire).
